The Fight Within - “Every mans toughest opponent is the one in the mirror”
Right now, we’re facing a crisis you don’t hear enough about—loneliness.
1 in 5 men have no close friends. Not one. This kind of isolation isn’t just painful — It’s deadly. Loneliness has been linked to anxiety, depression, heart disease, dementia, and stroke.
And the most devastating fact of all: men account for 80% of all suicides yet few seek help.
Why?
Because they’re told to “man up.” Stay silent. Be strong.
But this silence is killing them.
That’s why we created The Fight Within.
It’s not just a boxing event—it’s a movement. Hosted by New Breed, it uses a male-dominated space to start a different kind of fight: A fight against stigma. Against shame. Against the outdated idea of masculinity that says asking for help makes you weak.
We're here to tell every man:
You're not alone.
Strength means taking care of your mind as well training your body.
Real community is possible—and it starts right here.
Your support will allow us to put on this event and help connect men to mental health specialist, peer groups, establish workshops, and other life-saving resources—before it's too late.
Your donation isn’t just a gift. It’s a lifeline.
Join the fight. Help us save lives.
$10,000 dollars is the approximate amount needed for this event. (Click here for budget)
